PERMISSION TO ORDER
Unique Stone must receive the appropriate approved DAR permission form before we can accept the order. Members must obtain a signed permission form from their Chapter Regent.
For Members at Large, members long deceased and other such circumstances, permission can be obtained directly from the Office of the Historian General by telephone 202.879.3256 or by e-mail at historian@dar.org.
